What the licensing portal stores

When you register, the portal stores your email address, the registration key used, registration time, activation status, and administrative review history. This information is used only to provide license access, prevent unauthorized sharing, respond to support requests, and maintain security records.

What stays on your Windows computer

Your ElevenLabs API key, saved voices, output folder, and application settings are stored locally on your Windows computer. They are never bundled into shared installers or displayed in browser JavaScript.

Third-party providers

If you use third-party services through ReelSpark, their own privacy policies and terms apply to data sent directly to them. Review their documentation before enabling those services.

Retention and requests

License and security records are retained while needed to operate and protect the service. For access or deletion questions, contact Tagistaan through the support address provided with your purchase.
